Cashion Pleads Guilty

On Friday, July 18, 2014, in the Floyd County Superior Court 1, 18-year-old Cody Cashion pled guilty to three counts of Murder and one count of Arson Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, a Class A Felony. Based on the plea agreement, Cashion can be sentenced up to 65 years at the Indiana Department of Corrections. He will be formally sentenced at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2014, in the Floyd County Superior Court 1.

    The Victim’s Assistance Coordinator provides information for victims through interactions with law enforcement, prosecutors and during court proceedings; by providing support and guidance to victims and their families; by informing victims of their rights; and by advising victims and/or their families of case developments and any upcoming trial court or hearing dates.
