Jenks Accepts Plea Agreement

New Albany, Ind. – On Monday afternoon, July 21, 2014, in the Floyd Circuit Court, 19-year-old Kylie Jenks pled guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Arson, a Class B Felony. Jenks is scheduled to be formally sentenced at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 in the Floyd Circuit Court. Based on the plea agreement, Jenks faces a maximum sentence of 20 years at the Indiana Department of Corrections.

    The Victim’s Assistance Coordinator provides information for victims through interactions with law enforcement, prosecutors and during court proceedings; by providing support and guidance to victims and their families; by informing victims of their rights; and by advising victims and/or their families of case developments and any upcoming trial court or hearing dates.
