Kentucky Indiana Prosecutor’s Alliance

New Albany, IN – Floyd County Prosecuting Attorney Keith A. Henderson announced that he and Clark County Prosecuting Attorney Jeremy T. Mull, in conjunction with their colleagues the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Jefferson County Thomas B. Wine and Jefferson County Attorney Mike O’Connell will hold a press conference today, Tuesday, June 12 at 2:00pm.

The topic of the press conference will be the formation of the Kentucky Indiana Prosecutor’s Alliance (KIPA).

KIPA represents the creation of a joint effort between the three metropolitan counties of Kentuckiana. This effort crosses county lines as well as state lines. The objective of the alliance is to improve public safety by holding cross-jurisdictional offenders accountable through improved efficiency and communication.

The press conference will be held at 2:00pm at the Falls of the Ohio Interpretative Center, 201 W. Riverside Dr, Clarksville, IN 47129.

    The Victim’s Assistance Coordinator provides information for victims through interactions with law enforcement, prosecutors and during court proceedings; by providing support and guidance to victims and their families; by informing victims of their rights; and by advising victims and/or their families of case developments and any upcoming trial court or hearing dates.
